Join Jeremy de Tolly and Fiona Soma for a two-day adventure that combines sound and voice with leading-edge body-based practices - an invitation towards a life of presence, groundedness, communication, compassion, trust, peace and joy.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE EXPERIENCE?
You will be safely guided through various creative practices that move us out of flight flight or freeze towards a more relaxed nervous system and a healthier communication system.
We play with tone, song, language, colour, frequency and movement to achieve this and provide “take-home” tools with which to explore further on your own.

HOW WAS ELECTRIC HEART FOUNDED?
Jeremy and Fiona met 16 years ago and subsequently became trainers of TRE® (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises). They continued their fascination with the tremor mechanism process - not just for themselves, but also introducing it to an NGO that supports homeless people in Cape Town, South Africa, a profound 18-month project that offered them a large dose of humility and compassion. Subsequently, they have both cultivated international careers that are grounded, productive and bring them immense joy and satisfaction. In bringing Electric Heart to the world, they have curated an experience that they hope will bring you “Home” – the place that feels yummy, delicious, safe and nurturing. From here, we can move towards true and healthy expression, towards a life aligned, centred and in integrity. When we unblock our voice, we can communicate in “truth”; when we align to our body’s unique frequency, we can simply be, in “truth”.

WHO SHOULD BOOK ONTO ELECTRIC HEART?
Anyone wanting to increase their enjoyment of life, who is stressed, uncomfortable with their voice or feels “not good enough” when they sing; anyone who feels unable to communicate effectively in work, family, relationships, authority and/or the bedroom; anyone wanting to explore greater freedom in self expression; anyone in sales, consulting, facilitating or the arts; anyone who wants to be more boundaried and less bullied; anyone who wants to have healthier communication on all levels - with themselves, their loved ones and life itself… in short, most of us!
